What is your return policy?
All PAs Go Beyond products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or change your mind. Please review size guides carefully before placing orders.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can issue a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery.
Please fill out this form and provide a clear photo or video showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add personalized messages to orders at this time.
However, items are not sent with a physical invoice, so you can safely send gifts without your recipient knowing the amount spent.
Where is your store located?
PAs Go Beyond is an online store with no physical address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking details.
How long before I receive my items?
Every item is printed or embroidered on demand. Print items usually take around 1-2 days to produce and embroidered items take around 3-4 days.
Once produced, items are shipped and received by the customer in 2-5 business days.
Why are my items shipped separately?
Depending on the items ordered, some might be shipped from different fulfillment centers. This ensures that you receive your items without delay!
However, as the customer, you will only have to pay one shipping charge.
Can I buy merchandise in bulk?
